Silicone seals the joins where tiles meet the bath, the benchtop and the shower base, and where two tiled walls meet in a corner. When it goes black, cracks or starts to lift, it looks bad and water can get in behind it.
We cut the old silicone out completely, clean and dry the joint, and run a new bead in a colour that matches your grout. We do bathrooms, kitchen splashbacks and balconies, as a job on its own or as part of a tiling job.
All of it comes out. We never go over the top of old sealant.

We tape both sides and run a steady bead, so the line is straight.
The bead is smoothed off, the tape comes away, and we tell you when you can use the shower again.

Fresh silicone keeps water out of the walls and stops the mould coming back. We use a quality sealant made for wet areas.
