Just terrific. Had a tiny plastic part on xtrail aircon to fix and the staff searched it and then ordered it in for me, were good with communication, fitted it in when it arrived. Really good service, they make it work, no fuss and really helpful. Highly recommend. Five stars definitely.
A truly exceptional experience - sincerely. Air con had packed it in ... hoping 'just' re-gas required. Nope! Ash and his off-sider were caring, inclusive, no having to wait 'weeks' to be seen/get action and very good at their role, and I was able to drive away, heady with the new cool air in my vehicle. Didn't skin me, price-wise (I had done my research!) .... and am very happy to recommend them to all requiring electrical car stuff .... and, no, I am not affiliated with them, at all ....
