When he did come around he was on time and ready to get started if I accepted the quote, which I did because it was very reasonable and a job I really didn't know how to tackle myself! He took my neglected garden from looking shabby and sad to ship shape in a few hours, and gave great advice on next steps to continue improving my yard. Will not hesitate to use Bills services again, and recommend him highly!
